This may include, without limitation: a government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, driving licence, or equivalent document, together with proof of address dated within the past three (3) months and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Players who fail to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period specified by bij365 may have their Account restricted or closed.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account login credentials, including their username and password. bij365 will never request a Player's password via any channel. Players must notify bij365 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to their Account. bij365 is not liable for any losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by bij365, although individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Players are advised to consult their chosen payment provider for applicable limits.
Deposits via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to a Player's Account within seconds of the transfer being confirmed by the payment network. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) Bangladesh Standard Time business days to reflect in a Player's Account Balance, depending on the processing schedules of the originating bank.
Players may only deposit funds from payment accounts held in their own name. Depositing on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from a third party into your bij365 Account, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension pending investigation. All deposited funds must be from lawful sources.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, where technically possible. bij365 reserves the right to return funds to the original source of deposit as part of its anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance obligations.
bij365 aims to process all withdrawal requests within fifteen (15) minutes of approval for mobile financial service channels. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two (2) BST business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high platform demand, public holidays in Bangladesh (including Eid, Durga Puja, and national holidays), or when additional verification is required.
bij365 does not charge any platform-side fees on withdrawals. Any fees charged by the Player's payment provider or bank in connection with receiving a withdrawal are the sole responsibility of the Player.
All Players must successfully complete bij365's KYC identity verification process before their first withdrawal request can be approved. bij365 reserves the right to request updated or additional verification documents at any time prior to processing any subsequent withdrawal.
Withdrawal of funds is subject to any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds. Real-money Balance that is not subject to any active Wagering Requirement may be withdrawn at any time, subject to successful KYC completion and the absence of any Account restriction or investigation.

Unless otherwise specified in a promotion's individual terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met in full before any winnings derived from those Bonus Funds may be converted to withdrawable real-money Balance. bij365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time with reasonable advance notice. All bets placed on the bij365 sportsbook are subject to bij365's published betting rules for the relevant sport and market type. bij365 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed after an event's scheduled start time or bets that exploit a manifest pricing error.
In the event that a bet is accepted at odds that were published due to a technical error, human error, or data feed failure resulting in clearly incorrect odds (a "manifest error"), bij365 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the Player's Account. A manifest error is defined as odds that deviate materially from the fair market odds prevailing at the time the bet was placed.
If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise does not reach a natural conclusion within a period specified in bij365's sport-specific rules, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to Players' Accounts unless bij365's rules for the specific market type provide otherwise.
For cricket markets, including Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), Indian Premier League (IPL), ICC T20 World Cup, and bilateral series involving the Bangladesh Tigers, bij365 applies the standard Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method outcomes for weather-affected matches. Market-specific rules for total runs, player performance, and match result markets are published on the respective event pages within the bij365 sportsbook.

bij365's total liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the amount of the Player's Account Balance at the time of the relevant incident, or ৳10,000, whichever is greater. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit bij365's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law principles. bij365 operates under international licensing. Players are responsible for determining whether their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction. bij365 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or legally available in any specific jurisdiction outside of those it actively serves.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved through bij365's internal complaints procedure (contact: [email protected]) shall be submitted to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. Players may not bring class actions or consolidated claims against bij365.
